Most people might think that the HR course is going to be more about practical things. Running a small vehicle doesn't account for so many concepts. If you want to be an HR driver, you need to have a clear idea about all these concepts in your mind.

The HR course is not the easiest it is pretty hard. The focus is on theoretical knowledge and if you don't understand the theory, you would probably not be able to get an HR driving license either.
