  • The thickness required for applying the coat is just 2mm.
  • It forms a seamless continuous coat on the surface of the application.
  • You can apply it to any surface.
  • You can try applying the membrane on a lightweight structure as the weight of the material is minimal after cutting.

  • To start with the waterproofing process using a polyurethane waterproofing membrane, you need to clean the roof surface thoroughly and remove any foreign matter if present.
  • Any cracks on the surface preparation area need to be cut out to the V section, properly cleaned and filled with 2-part white cement and 1-part crack filling compound.
  • You should neutralize the surface by removing alkalinity through an acid application.
  • To apply the initial coat, you need two-pack polyurethane primers. It acts as a grip coat, which should be allowed to dry for 8 hours.
  • You should then apply three following coats allowing 12 hours in between the layers. Two-components of polyurethane are mixed according to ratio.
